Responsibilities
- Lead projects or functional areas within the Engine team and platform.
- Contribute to the banking platform and internal engineering tooling.
- Build configurable features and products from scratch.
- Own projects and collaborate with small, cross-functional teams.
- Share knowledge and contribute to the engineering learning culture.
Requirements
- Experience or aptitude in backend software engineering, with most backend development conducted in Java.
- Interest in building tooling used by engineers on a daily basis.
- Commitment to clean coding, simple solutions, automated testing, and continuous deployment.
- Ability to find elegant solutions to difficult technical problems; experience with the full listed stack is not required.
