Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cross-shore technology teams focused on partner integration, partner testing, and resiliency.
- Ensure integration environment availability and effective change and release management.
- Analyze integration defects, troubleshoot systems, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with Agile delivery teams.
- Develop and manage testing enablement tools and processes, including mock test data, testing intake requests, test data management, and communication plans.
- Apply technical knowledge of Java, database structures, log analysis, and infrastructure layers to support partner onboarding.
- Mentor and influence stakeholders across the organization and participate in cross-functional design discussions.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, reviews, innovation workshops, and onboarding progress updates.
- Support critical releases and incidents and perform other assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of technology experience, or equivalent leadership program experience, including at least 3 years as a technical business analyst.
- At least 5 years of experience building and consuming SOAP and REST web services.
- At least 5 years of experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies, data modeling, query optimization, caching strategies, and transactional versus eventual consistency trade-offs.
- Experience with Java, Jenkins or similar continuous integration environments, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS or other cloud environments, Splunk or an equivalent tool, and test data management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, release and change management, incident management, and production readiness.
- Familiarity with Micro-Frontends and front-end platform governance is preferred.
- Experience with automation and innovation for business onboarding problems and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or enterprise LLM tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to support critical releases or incidents and travel for business as required.

- Occasional commuting or travel to Hyderabad or a regional engagement hub may be required for meetings, training, and culture events.
- The role may require business travel as needed.
