Mulesoft -Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead technical teams through multi-phased customer delivery projects and provide hands-on implementation guidance.
- Architect enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft and other integration, API management, and packaged business application technologies.
- Lead multiple technical integration project SDLCs and customer engagements simultaneously.
- Conduct technical workshops, requirements gathering, solution design sessions, presentations, and architectural blueprint reviews.
- Define and evangelize development, governance, deployment, security, performance, and operational lifecycle standards.
- Mentor junior services team members, consultants, and clients while supporting growth of the services organization.
- Identify customer risks, pain points, operating-model efficiencies, and opportunities to expand MuleSoft services.
- Develop brown-bag sessions, reusable content, project deliverables, and internal knowledge-sharing materials.
- Collaborate with MuleSoft product leadership, partners, systems integrators, contractors, and customer stakeholders.
- Use AI developer assistants to support Salesforce Field Service solutions, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, mobile applications, and integrations.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- At least 12 years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions.
- Experience architecting service integrations with MuleSoft or comparable integration solutions, API management platforms, and at least one packaged ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or mobile solution.
- Experience managing and architecting multiple end-to-end technical integration SDLCs, sometimes concurrently.
- Working knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, SDLC pipelines, deployments, and configurations.
- Experience architecting solutions across diverse teams of clients, systems integrators, contractors, and internal personnel.
- Experience leading technical teams, mentoring junior resources, and developing services organization practices.
- Experience with high availability, fault tolerance, performance testing, and performance tuning.
- Expertise architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions for complex business requirements.
- Experience leading technical workshops with technical and business clients and communicating with C-level executives.
- Practical fluency with AI coding assistants and modern development ecosystems, while maintaining security, performance, and Salesforce best practices.
