Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution and application architecture for a LangGraph-based HR agentic bot.
- Architect Azure-native infrastructure using Azure Functions, AKS, App Service, and APIM.
- Define integration patterns across heterogeneous ERP and HR systems using REST, SOAP, MCP, and event-driven approaches.
- Design systems for enterprise-scale latency, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Guide data science and data engineering teams on solution patterns, code standards, and deployment strategy.
- Lead sprint-zero architecture workshops and own technical sign-offs.
Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Have 4+ years of experience as a solution or application architect.
- Demonstrate hands-on Azure cloud architecture experience, not solely advisory experience.
- Have prior experience integrating enterprise ERP systems at scale.
- Exposure to GenAI or agentic systems is strongly preferred.
- Be based in Bangalore and available to work in the office two to three days per week.
