Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise agentic AI and Copilot Studio skilling programs, including curricula, instructor-led workshops, hands-on labs, assessments, and certification pathways.
- Run train-the-trainer and champion-enablement programs for business and technical audiences.
- Build reference and demo agents in Copilot Studio using topics, generative answers, actions, connectors, agent flows, knowledge sources, and multi-agent handoffs.
- Provide hands-on advisory for agent design, grounding, knowledge sources, action and connector patterns, prompt design, testing, evaluation, and go-live readiness.
- Advise clients on Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-framework approaches and how they can coexist.
- Establish agent evaluation and Responsible AI practices covering regression suites, groundedness, content safety, guardrails, human oversight, and production monitoring.
- Advise on agent governance, DLP, maker onboarding, publishing workflows, lifecycle management, licensing, and usage analytics.
- Support use-case discovery, prioritization, and expectation-setting for agent scenarios.
- Create reusable training assets, playbooks, templates, accelerators, and practice materials, and mentor consultants.
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert to presales activities, estimates, demos, and client-facing solution walkthroughs.
Requirements
- Require 9–12 years of overall experience in software engineering, automation, data, or AI roles, with recent substantial focus on generative and agentic AI.
- Require hands-on experience designing agentic AI solutions involving orchestration, tool and function calling, retrieval and grounding, memory and context management, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Require up to two years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience, including agent building and platform training.
- Require practical Copilot Studio knowledge covering topics, triggers, generative answers, knowledge sources, actions, connectors, agent flows, publishing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Require experience designing and delivering technical training to large organizations through workshops, labs, train-the-trainer programs, and champion programs.
- Require working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 data sources.
- Require familiarity with Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar agent frameworks and protocols.
- Require understanding of prompt and instruction design, RAG, agent evaluation, Responsible AI, content safety, guardrails, data boundaries, auditability, and human oversight.
- Require comfort with Python or C#, REST APIs, and integration patterns sufficient to build custom actions and debug integrations.
- Require strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and independent enablement-content development skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals or Developer, or Copilot and agent credentials.
- Preferred experience includes declarative agents, Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit, Graph connectors, custom engine agents, production observability, cost and latency optimization, versioning, lifecycle management, other agent platforms, multiple industries, global SI delivery, and reusable practice-building assets.
