Responsibilities
- Define and govern ServiceNow technical architecture across modules, integrations, automations, and AI capabilities.
- Lead architecture and design discussions with stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams.
- Design scalable integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, middleware platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Architect workflow automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Automation Engine, and related capabilities.
- Define and implement Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, including Now Assist, AI-powered workflows, knowledge intelligence, and self-service capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, design reviews, and standards governance for development teams.
- Review performance, scalability, security, and maintainability while identifying optimization opportunities.
- Support estimations, technical roadmaps, release planning, risk management, and governance activities.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery is stated as an additional requirement.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Extensive ServiceNow platform architecture and solution-design experience across HRSD, ITSM, CSM, Employee Center, and related modules.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Scripted APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing Agentic AI, Generative AI, Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development frameworks, JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI components, and platform extensibility.
- Experience leading technical teams, conducting architecture reviews, mentoring developers, and driving delivery excellence.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, other enterprise AI platforms, enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, middleware solutions, and DevOps practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect, or equivalent certification is preferred.
