Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align features with evolving business requirements.
- Design and implement low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Manage application configuration, deployment, releases, compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services within packaged or SaaS applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on requirements, decisions, goals, and deliverables.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience designing and implementing low-code solutions for business requirements.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, including configuration, deployment, and release management.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
