Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor technical associates across solution implementation, enhancements, managed services, integrations, custom projects, and delivery initiatives.
  • Own technical strategy, architecture, design, development, estimation, integration complexity assessment, and customer implementation planning.
  • Conduct technical analysis sessions with customers and project teams and develop solutions for functional and technical requirements.
  • Configure and implement Blue Yonder software solutions, provide implementation and steady-state support, and contribute to internal development projects.
  • Lead technical teams through complex customer assessments and sales cycles while identifying improvement, automation, and incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Create and maintain technical specifications, configuration documentation, user manuals, practice aids, best-practice collateral, databases, assets, and accelerators.
  • Collaborate with global teams, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree and 14+ years of software industry experience, including progression from consulting into technical leadership and at least five complete implementation cycles.
  • Demonstrable software engineering fundamentals, design principles, hands-on development, enterprise application delivery, and integration architecture experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, building, deploying, and maintaining cloud or on-premises enterprise solutions for large customers.
  • Strong programming, problem-solving, communication, analytical, interpersonal, stakeholder management, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Supply chain planning industry knowledge and demonstrable experience with the Blue Yonder SCPO Platform.
  • Expertise in performance tuning, benchmarking, sizing exercises, databases, scripting languages, web technologies, and API fundamentals.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and architectural design, including Azure or equivalent, multi-tenant architecture, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Experience with Python, SQL/PLSQL, Linux, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and relevant emerging technologies and data platforms.
  • Enterprise Architecture frameworks certification or awareness, reporting skills with MS Power BI, and experience with data science, data analytics, AI/ML, or cloud technologies are advantageous.
  • Ability to work with customers and challenging environments, learn emerging technologies quickly, lead technical teams, and travel to customer sites as business needs require.
