Base Salary
$80k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate on schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Develop solutions that scale to millions of users, optimizing for performance.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; troubleshoot production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, or Express.js.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with effective communication skills.
