Responsibilities
- Architect and operate solutions built on AWS and serve as an AWS subject matter expert.
- Consult with clients, gather requirements, and provide technical solutions for AWS cloud implementations.
- Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery systems, including VSTS, code and configuration management, and pipeline setup.
- Use infrastructure as code and oversee the execution of project deliverables.
- Use AI tools, including Claude, to streamline work, improve quality, and share adoption best practices.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate colleagues while contributing presentations and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Professional experience architecting and operating AWS cloud solutions.
- Experience with VSTS, code and configuration management, pipeline setup, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Consultative problem-solving skills and the ability to align digital solutions with client business goals.
- Ability to understand and exceed client expectations, adapt in a high-growth organization, and oversee project execution.
- Full understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, presentation, coaching, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or a strong willingness to experiment with, learn, and champion AI adoption.
- Commitment to continuous learning, intellectual curiosity, teamwork, and creative solution development.
