Base Salary
$106k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-level security technical strategies aligned with customer priorities, regulatory obligations, modernization plans, and AI goals.
- Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security architects, SOC leaders, identity teams, data security leaders, and cloud platform teams.
- Lead discovery, architecture, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, pilots, technical validation, and customer evaluation planning.
- Guide secure AI adoption, including AI security posture, data protection, identity for agents, AI governance, and Microsoft Copilot and agent deployments.
- Coordinate Security Specialists, account teams, Customer Success, FastTrack, partners, engineering, and cross-solution technical teams.
- Drive adoption and measurable outcomes across Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, Security Copilot, Microsoft 365 E5/G5, and Azure security services.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 4+ years; or 5+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Demonstrated expertise in several areas including security operations, identity and access management, data security, endpoint security, cloud security, AI security, Zero Trust, or enterprise security architecture.
- Ability to communicate technical strategy and risk clearly to senior executives and technical practitioners and influence decisions without direct authority.
- Experience supporting major enterprise customers in complex, regulated, or security-sensitive industries.
- Working knowledge of CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, Zero Trust, FedRAMP, or regulated cloud environments such as GCC High.
- Experience with Microsoft security products and secure AI adoption, AI governance, identity for agents, or data security for AI is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC, or Microsoft security certifications are preferred.
- Must successfully complete recurring Microsoft Cloud background screening and have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
