Base Salary
$131k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on strategic deals requiring technical discovery, scoping, and solution design.
- Lead discovery calls covering customer systems, data volumes, and technical constraints.
- Design Versori integration solutions, including connector architecture, data-flow mapping, and tenant structure.
- Deliver customized live product demonstrations for customer use cases and technical environments.
- Build proof-of-concept integrations for strategic opportunities before contract signature.
- Draft technical proposal sections covering solution architecture, specifications, and implementation timelines.
- Support technical scoping for the Avalara partner free build program.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or integration consulting.
- Hands-on expertise with integration platforms, API management tools, middleware, or workflow automation products.
- Ability to read, write, and reason about API specifications such as REST, GraphQL, and webhooks, as well as data transformation logic.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics, or commerce platforms such as Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Ability to explain and pitch complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Practical experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
- Experience using AI and AI-related technologies and an interest in applying automation to integration strategies.
