Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to design and implement secure AI security deployments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Provide technical guidance on Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure, cloud networking, and secure AI operations.
- Own post-sales technical relationships and help customers achieve security objectives and scale deployments.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, optimize configurations, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Deliver hands-on workshops, training sessions, and technical documentation.
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product management, engineering, and research teams on product improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering, preferably with AI, security, or cloud-based products.
- Strong experience with Docker and containerized workloads; Kubernetes familiarity is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud networking and Infrastructure as Code.
- Required Python programming experience.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, LangChain, LangGraph, or MLOps tools is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through iterative solution design.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
