Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver enterprise-grade Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse solutions.
- Define ALM, environment strategy, DLP policies, governance frameworks, and Center of Excellence standards.
- Build custom connectors, REST APIs, Azure-hosted backend services, and enterprise integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, BigQuery, and other systems.
- Implement Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and write C#/.NET/Python code for integration layers, APIs, and agent actions.
- Architect and deploy Copilot Studio agents and agentic workflows using Power Automate, Dataverse, and enterprise APIs.
- Apply security-by-design and responsible AI practices, including authentication, least privilege, validation, privacy, fallback handling, bias mitigation, and audit traceability.
- Support the Agent Registry and agent promotion process from intake through QA and production, including security checklists and CMDB registration.
- Lead architecture reviews, design spikes, proofs of concept, and technical decisions for the platform team.
- Mentor junior developers and create runbooks, design patterns, training materials, presentations, and governance artifacts.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- At least 3 years of pro-code experience with C#/.NET, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Copilot Studio or AI-powered agents in production.
- Strong understanding of enterprise ALM, environment strategy, DLP, and governance frameworks.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow, SAP, BigQuery, or equivalent enterprise systems.
- Preferred certifications include PL-600, PL-400, AI-102, and AZ-204 or equivalent.
- Preferred experience includes Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, or LangChain for multimodal or multi-agent patterns.
- Familiarity with OWASP security standards applied to AI and agent workloads is preferred.
- Experience in regulated or manufacturing industries and prior experience building or operating a Power Platform CoE are preferred.
