Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain IBM FileNet P8 solutions.
- Develop and customize FileNet workflows, document classes, metadata models, security groups, and content repositories.
- Build and enhance backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful services.
- Integrate FileNet with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Develop custom IBM Content Navigator plugins and API components.
- Perform application analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations, administration, and production support.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with IBM FileNet ECM Tools is required.
- Proficiency in IBM FileNet ECM Tools is required.
- Experience with IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator, workflows, and modern Java technologies including Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Experience designing and developing custom software components using modern development frameworks.
- Experience with FileNet upgrades, migrations, and administration.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
