Responsibilities
- Develop code for intermediate to complex application modules using established architecture and development standards.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, code reviews, testing reviews, release activities, and ongoing user support.
- Create test plans, conditions, and data; conduct module and integration testing; and track and resolve moderate defects.
- Support production deployments and provide technical assistance for complex application and production issues.
- Create technical documentation, implement changes, and ensure design, documentation, and code quality standards are followed.
- Review business, functional, and technical requirements, including recovery, security, and audit requirements.
- Develop or confirm project and system change estimates and project plans.
- Act as a technical expert for Band B and Band C1 application developers.
Requirements
- Java 8 is required; Java 17 is preferred.
- Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices-based architecture.
- Four-year bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience.
- Ability to work across the full application development lifecycle and deliver complex software solutions.
- No supervisory responsibilities are assigned to this role.
