Responsibilities
- Develop conversation flows and logic branching for voice and text assistant products.
- Migrate a chatbot to the Helix-powered Partner Assistant and build API integrations for internal support systems.
- Develop, maintain, deploy, and support production software throughout its lifecycle.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering and product teams on standards, designs, features, and workshops.
- Own workstreams, track progress, communicate status, and implement improvements to processes and engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of coding experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with an AI Voice Agent and IT support platforms.
- Experience delivering high-quality software using established best practices and maintaining quality throughout the software lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate on complex problems.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Critical thinking, strong communication skills, distributed-team effectiveness, and confident intermediate English or higher.
