Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide full-stack design and development using Java, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Boot, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Design reusable, secure, and responsive UI components using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Design normalized PostgreSQL schemas, entity relationships, and optimized queries for scalable systems.
- Develop and maintain secure RESTful APIs for data access and integration.
- Support and document data migration efforts between legacy and new systems.
- Plan and execute application deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide software development and operations and maintenance support throughout the application life cycle.
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements and enterprise security practices.
- Troubleshoot advanced client issues, support requirements gathering, and contribute to vendor presentations or proposal activities.
- Provide functional leadership by setting objectives, organizing resources, resolving conflicts, and reviewing technical work.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance is required; interim Top Secret clearance is not accepted.
- At least 7 years of professional experience is required.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Strong UI design and development experience with React, JavaScript, and CSS is required.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, Spring Security 6+, Spring Boot 3+, Hibernate 6+, SQL/PLSQL, PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, Maven, and Git/GitLab is required.
- Experience with database design and data migration is required.
- Experience with AWS services including S3, EC2, ECS, Aurora, and CloudWatch is required.
- Experience with Keycloak, Kubernetes, and Docker is required.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks and Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence is required.
- Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation tools is required.
- Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, documentation, planning, organizational, communication, and time-management skills are preferred.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications from concept through deployment is expected.
