Responsibilities
- Define and own SAP technical and solution strategies, including S/4HANA adoption and phased rollouts.
- Design SAP target landscapes using a lean ERP core integrated with satellite SAP solutions.
- Lead architectural decisions across manufacturing, sales, supply chain, asset management, finance, and other lines of business.
- Architect SAP integrations using SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and middleware, and oversee data migration strategies.
- Define SAP data architecture covering master data governance, BW/4HANA, DataSphere, and SAC reporting.
- Ensure solution designs meet SAP and industry standards for performance, security, quality, and maintainability.
- Advise program leadership and senior business stakeholders on architecture strategy and business outcomes.
- Identify AI-driven value levers and incorporate AI capabilities into ERP transformation business cases and roadmaps.
- Lead solution design for large-scale, multi-module ERP transformations.
- Travel worldwide to client engagements as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP architecture and delivery.
- Previous or current consulting industry experience is required.
- Proven experience designing multi-module SAP solutions and large-scale ERP transformations.
- Expertise in S/4HANA adoption strategies and integration architecture.
- Experience with master data governance and analytics platform design.
- Relevant SAP architecture or module certifications.
- Knowledge of SAP lines of business including manufacturing, sales, finance, and supply chain.
- Expertise with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, middleware, MDG, BW/4HANA, DataSphere, and SAC reporting.
- Ability to define SAP target landscapes and technical roadmaps and advise senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical designs into business outcomes and maintain strong governance and quality assurance.
- Ability to identify AI-driven value levers, including predictive analytics, intelligent automation, process mining, and GenAI-enabled user interaction.
- University degree in a STEM-related field or business management; advanced degrees such as an MBA or MSc are noted as relevant.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel worldwide to clients.
