Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Launch high-risk, full-stack initiatives to create new product categories.
- Lead complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build and operate platform systems for internal teams.
- Rapidly iterate and validate market needs through 3-week sprints.
- Support the development of tools for creators and enterprises.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Preferred experience in technical company founding or high visibility side projects.
- Understanding of the full agentic software development stack.
- Strong track record in leading complex projects.
- Experience with modern web stacks such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Postgres.
