Responsibilities

Build and own backend services, infrastructure, and data systems for a trading platform.
Develop services handling trading processes including order issuance, validation, routing, execution, options pricing, and reconciliation.
Solve complex scalability challenges while maintaining high performance, low latency, and fault tolerance.
Participate in code reviews, testing, system design, and delivery of large technical projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, multicultural colleagues, and U.S. customers and stakeholders.

3+ years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Go or Python.
Background in trading markets or cryptocurrency, with fintech or trading experience considered a plus.
Solid understanding of system design principles and experience with Kafka or similar streaming platforms.
Proven ability to deliver large technical projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong focus on code quality, thorough code reviews, and testing.
B2+ English proficiency.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB, Kubernetes, AWS or similar cloud platforms is a plus.
Experience with high-load systems, concurrent programming, and thread synchronization approaches is a plus.

Hybrid or remote work options and flexible working hours.
