Technical Architect / Senior Technical Architect - PubSec (Canada)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex enterprise customers.
- Architect technology solutions across application design, data, integration, security, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
- Lead Salesforce Core projects and advise on program strategies, enabling technologies, and maintainable solutions.
- Manage customer expectations, risks, complex negotiations, and issues through complete resolution.
- Review and correct project or program direction, approaches, and key artifacts.
- Lead or contribute to strategic consulting-practice initiatives, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and technical workstreams.
- Collaborate with delivery managers, solution architects, clients, and third-party partners.
- Present complex concepts and recommendations to audiences including C-level executives and senior technology leaders.
Requirements
- Public-sector industry experience.
- At least 8 years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- At least 4 years of experience leading Salesforce Core projects.
- Strong application design, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture skills.
- Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and business-process optimization skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Security Clearance; candidates must be Canadian citizens, and permanent residents are not eligible.
- Ability to provide 5 years of verifiable work and residence history for Reliability Clearance or 10 years for Secret Clearance, generally from within Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred; equivalent demonstrable work experience may substitute.
- Application design and development background and strong enterprise architecture experience are preferred.
- Salesforce architecture credentials or progress toward CTA are preferred, with Salesforce product certifications highly beneficial.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers, including understanding their strengths and limitations.
- Experience leading technical teams or workstreams, mentoring talent, and building relationships with C-level executives and senior technology leaders.
- Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform is a strong plus.

- The Ontario-based base salary hiring range is CAD 130,300 to CAD 180,300 annually, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
