Responsibilities
- Design and build security-focused software and platform capabilities.
- Perform security reviews of cloud-native architectures.
- Embed security into CI/CD pipelines using a DevSecOps approach.
- Design and develop in-house security tooling and automation.
- Build and operate a comprehensive vulnerability management program.
- Operate and continuously improve security operations.
- Participate in red/blue team exercises and post-incident analysis.
- Embed compliance and regulatory controls into infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in software or security engineering.
- Proficient in Python and/or Go with experience in production-grade systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures using GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments.
- Familiarity with security tooling in managed CI/CD environments.
- Solid experience working in Linux environments.
- Familiarity with modern identity and access controls.
