Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests using LoadRunner and Gatling.
- Write performance test cases using Scala, Shell, and Java.
- Build Jenkins automation pipelines and utilities for NFT pre-test, post-test, and execution activities.
- Monitor and analyze system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and other observability tools.
- Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
- Develop performance benchmarks and KPIs for system components.
- Create performance test plans, test cases, and reports.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews and provide performance insights.
- Troubleshoot complex performance issues across distributed systems.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering.
- Proficiency with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and Gatling.
- Experience with Jenkins and automating NFT execution using Python-based utilities or similar scripting.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and monitoring or observability tools.
- Hands-on scripting or programming experience with Java, Scala, Shell, Python, Ansible, and/or Groovy.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS and on-premises high-scale distributed systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good command of English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
