Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests using LoadRunner and Gatling.
- Write performance test cases using Scala, Shell, and Java.
- Build automated Jenkins pipelines and utilities to simulate NFT building blocks and automate pre- and post-test activities.
- Monitor and analyze system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and other observability tools.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve them.
- Develop performance benchmarks and KPIs for system components.
- Create performance test plans, test cases, and reports.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews and provide performance insights.
- Troubleshoot complex performance issues across distributed systems.
Requirements
- Requires 2–5 years of experience in performance testing or engineering.
- Requires proficiency with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and Gatling.
- Requires experience with Jenkins and automating NFT execution using Python-based utilities or similar tools.
- Requires experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and monitoring or observability tools.
- Requires hands-on scripting or programming experience with Java, Scala, Shell, Ansible, Groovy, Python, or similar technologies.
- Requires experience with enterprise SaaS and on-premises high-scale distributed systems.
- Requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and good written and verbal English.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Performance Engineering experience is preferred.
