Base Salary
$110k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build complex UKG Pro WFM configurations aligned with user and business requirements.
- Develop, test, deploy, and support application fixes, updates, and version releases.
- Provide technical application support and maintain communication with users regarding complex requests.
- Partner with developers, product managers, HR, Payroll, Technology, and business stakeholders.
- Prioritize incident tickets and user requests and manage complex vendor relationships and contracts.
- Use UKG Pro WFM knowledge to guide configuration and development teams and translate business process issues into actionable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience; 5 or more years is typical.
- Strong experience developing and configuring UKG Pro WFM.
- Strong functional knowledge of UKG Pro timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation modules.
- Hands-on experience with Boomi integrations.
- UKG Pro Timekeeping Certification is preferred.
- Experience working with UKG Pro in the LATAM region is preferred.
- Agile project management experience is preferred.
Benefits
- Expected base salary is $110,000-$160,000, with eligibility for a discretionary incentive award.
- Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accrues at one hour per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
- Employer-sponsored work authorization is not available now or in the future.
