Responsibilities
- Train state of the art models for enterprise deployment.
- Research and integrate cutting edge algorithms into the training stack.
- Build agents using proprietary algorithms to optimize datasets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience with LLMs in a production environment.
- Experience with post-training methods like RLHF/RLVR and algorithms such as PPO/GRPO.
- Recent publications in top conferences like NEURIPS, ICLR, or ICML.
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field.
