Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications supporting Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, and Advisory Sales and Distribution.
- Participate in application design, development, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and code reviews.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude in coding, testing, code review, and project delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver software projects.
- Document technical specifications and system configurations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, training, and technical upskilling activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java EE and core Java.
- Experience developing web services, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, architecture, and application integration.
- Strong database design and SQL skills.
- Experience with Spring Boot, JUnit, and automated testing practices.
- Experience with Unix/Linux.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude in project delivery.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
