Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications supporting Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, and Advisory Sales and Distribution.
  • Participate in application design, development, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and code reviews.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude in coding, testing, code review, and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver software projects.
  • Document technical specifications and system configurations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, training, and technical upskilling activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Java EE and core Java.
  • Experience developing web services, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, architecture, and application integration.
  • Strong database design and SQL skills.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, JUnit, and automated testing practices.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude in project delivery.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
