Responsibilities
- Work on-site with procurement teams to understand workflows and translate broad requests into clear software problems.
- Review agent conversations and execution traces to identify failure patterns, improve prompts and tool use, and create evaluation cases.
- Build product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations connecting enterprise systems.
- Take solutions from discovery through production rollout, observe real-world usage, and iterate based on feedback.
- Turn recurring customer needs into shared product and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience delivering software used by real users.
- Strong full-stack or backend foundations, including production APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
- Production experience with TypeScript or Python.
- Experience translating customer discovery into shipped software and investigating system behavior through logs, traces, or conversation histories.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer work.
- Clear communication with users, IT teams, and engineers, with a practical and systematic approach to debugging and follow-through.
- Procurement experience is not required.
