Responsibilities
- Work directly with logistics teams to understand workflows and translate customer needs into system designs.
- Build full-stack tools using TypeScript, Node.js, and React where appropriate.
- Integrate ERP and transport management platforms, APIs, SFTP, and event queues.
- Develop reliable data pipelines for messy information from multiple sources.
- Help shape product direction and technical decisions with the engineering team.
- Own work from initial design through production deployment and iterate based on user feedback.
- Travel regularly to customer sites across Europe and Asia.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building full-stack applications or backend systems in production.
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, including experience designing APIs and integrating external and enterprise systems.
- Experience specifying and shipping products directly with users and building scalable backend infrastructure.
- Production experience delivering LLM or agent functionality, such as RAG, evaluations, or orchestration.
- Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, GCP, or AWS, and experience building data pipelines for unstructured or inconsistent data.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and comfort working autonomously in an early-stage environment.
- React or another modern frontend framework is a plus.
- Logistics, supply chain, or operations experience is beneficial.
