Responsibilities

Design and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and PPM.
Configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using performance, security, and upgrade-safe development practices.
Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools and data sources using APIs, REST/SOAP, and scheduled imports.
Own the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Implement and use AI features within workflows to improve development and support capabilities.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, system managers, and global business stakeholders.
Manage changes, releases, and deployments through update sets while following coding, security, and QMS standards.

10+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
Strong experience with HRSD, HR portal or Employee Center implementations, and HR integrations.
Strong JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integration skills, with knowledge of ServiceNow modules and architecture.
Experience with AI-assisted ServiceNow SDK/development, Reporting, and Performance Analytics.
ServiceNow certifications are required; ITIL Foundation is preferred.
Experience supporting and operating systems in large, regulated enterprises, ideally including regulated/GxP environments.
Ability to manage change, prioritize workload, and deliver under pressure.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
