Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure, security, business, vendor, and stakeholder teams to gather requirements and identify process improvements.
- Design, build, deploy, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, scripts, features, and enhancements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and other applications to streamline data exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems, requests, changes, events, performance issues, integration issues, and functionality issues across ServiceNow modules.
- Create and optimize reports, dashboards, KPIs, SLA metrics, and trend reporting.
- Perform system administration, including user management, access controls, upgrades, and data integrity maintenance.
- Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades, including testing, defect tracking, resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage Agile release work through backlog management, sprint planning, and daily scrum meetings.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, configuration guides, standard operating procedures, runbooks, and other documentation.
- Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow development best practices and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including SPM, HR, SecOps/VR, ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST API, and JSON.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems or building integrations with REST API.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and work with global teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in reading and speaking English.
