Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation methods for large language models.
- Analyze model outputs, evaluate performance, and iterate on strategies to improve accuracy, relevance, and contextual understanding.
- Prepare and preprocess large-scale datasets for model training.
- Integrate AI models with application programming interfaces for deployment.
- Troubleshoot and optimize model performance in production environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI is stated as required.
- Strong experience designing and executing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques for language models.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Python Frameworks, API Management, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and perform data preprocessing for model training.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques.
- Experience integrating AI models with application programming interfaces.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize models in production environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
