Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities for Oracle EBS applications.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deliver new products and process improvements.
- Evaluate complex business and system processes, resolve high-impact problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Design, code, test, debug, and implement applications in accordance with architecture and development standards.
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS financial and P2P solutions, integrations, workflows, reports, and application components.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, including allocating work.
- Lead and implement successful projects while assessing risks and maintaining compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Use AI-enabled development and productivity tools responsibly to improve code quality, velocity, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; master's degree preferred.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9, Oracle General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, and Project Accounting.
- Strong experience with AOL, PL/SQL, PL/SQL JSON, Shell scripting, and RICE components.
- Strong experience with XML and XML/BI Publisher.
- Strong experience with Oracle Workflows, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
- Experience with OAF, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly and communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
- Ability to apply professional judgment when using AI-assisted and automated systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and maintainability.
