Base Salary
$53k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of major team-scoped projects.
- Participate in product work and provide technical insights for improvements.
- Maintain a good understanding of the team’s domain.
- Provide feedback on code reviews and contribute to the shared codebase.
- Debug and solve technical and business issues.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers.
- Investigate and implement improvements to the platform.
- Build reusable workflows and ensure quality through verification loops.
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in shipping secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
- Practical experience in designing automation workflows.
- Ability to think in systems and define clear specifications.
- Experience with Postgres or similar databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab or GitHub.
