Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the overall architecture of ServiceNow implementations.
- Provide strategic recommendations and technical guidance to clients and team members.
- Develop workflows, integrations, custom applications, and other technical solutions.
- Create process flows, design documents, system documentation, and implementation guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to deliver projects successfully.
- Monitor and optimize ServiceNow instance performance.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and tools.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes.
- Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications and systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and documentation skills.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM), and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
