Base Salary
$150k - $273k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for customers, from discovery to production deployment.
- Debug Prophet's AI agent in production environments to identify and fix issues.
- Build fixes through prompt engineering, behavior design, and integration configuration.
- Decide on platform primitives for deployments and create reusable configurations.
- Identify patterns across deployments and provide root-cause recommendations.
- Create quick integration workarounds to facilitate deployments.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python or Go for building and debugging in production environments.
- Ability to trace problems end-to-end through unfamiliar systems.
- Comfortable communicating technical tradeoffs to non-Engineering stakeholders.
- Focus on creating reusable solutions rather than bespoke fixes.
- Experience building products or features with direct user feedback.
- Background in early-stage startups or building products from 0 to 1.
