Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of o9 solution projects from design and blueprinting through delivery and implementation.
- Lead customer workshops, document requirements, and map business processes to the o9 platform.
- Configure solutions with expert teams to address retail operations and supply chain challenges.
- Establish performance monitoring and coordinate defect tracking, analysis, and resolution.
- Plan and deliver Super User and End User training for global customers.
- Support customer demonstrations and communicate customer feedback to development and operations teams.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience implementing planning applications for the retail industry is required.
- Hands-on implementation experience with merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, allocations, replenishment, or retail forecasting.
- Deep experience across implementation phases including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Knowledge or training in SQL Server and MySQL, with skills in SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
- Strong product and retail domain expertise, customer communication skills, analytical ability, and capacity to simplify complexity.
- Retail planning, supply chain planning, or TOGAF certifications are preferred.
