Base Salary
$135k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned problem statements and drive them to completion.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while improving existing systems.
- Accurately estimate timelines for features and tasks.
- Collaborate effectively across teams, communicating progress and blockers.
- Seek and apply feedback to improve code quality and delivery consistency.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Take ownership of personal development goals.
- Demonstrate accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Develop, configure, and maintain underlying platforms for deployed software.
- Develop, configure, and maintain observability and monitoring tools.
- Develop, configure, and maintain software development tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management or backend software development.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in Python, Javascript, or Unix Shell.
- Experience with AWS, including deploying and monitoring production workloads.
- General experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
- Comfortable working in an operational environment, including on-call participation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
