Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain TestComplete using C++.
- Design, implement, and maintain backend components using C++.
- Integrate frontend and backend functionality.
- Participate in technical discussions and requirement analysis.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure product reliability.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, UX designers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering with C++.
- At least 6 years of experience developing backend solutions.
- Familiarity with Delphi.
- Experience with Windows programming.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and performance best practices.
- Strong understanding of software development practices and tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation and quality initiatives, and SDK development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- English proficiency at least at the B2 level.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
