Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions of moderate to high complexity.
- Identify and resolve system needs and complex technical challenges using innovative approaches.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks independently while prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
- Explore and conceptualize technical solutions, create technical stories, and mentor junior and senior developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to integrate and deliver solutions.
- Drive innovation, improve processes, make informed technical decisions, and contribute to strategic objectives.
- Stay current with new frameworks, tools, and technologies and apply them to diverse challenges.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience as a software developer with a record of delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Git, including branching strategies, code reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
- Proficiency with distributed databases and in-memory caching, including MemSQL.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing best practices.
- Ability to use AI platforms to create innovative solutions quickly.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or Claude Code is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub Pull Requests and GitHub Actions is preferred.
- Frontend development experience with TypeScript or JavaScript is preferred.
- Ability to reflect on processes and adjust behaviors to improve team effectiveness.
