Base Salary
$100k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based environments end to end, including clusters, storage, CI/CD, GitOps, and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage Kubernetes resources, persistent volumes, storage classes, cloud instances, networking, and access controls.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and automation workflows.
- Manage Terraform infrastructure and AWS services including compute, storage, networking, monitoring, and IAM.
- Operate Argo CD and GitOps-based deployments, container registries, Apache Pulsar resources, and monitoring and logging platforms.
- Perform root-cause analysis across application, container, Kubernetes, cloud, storage, and networking layers and document technical findings and resolutions.
Requirements
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Kubernetes environments, including OpenShift and/or RKE2.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, AWS infrastructure, Argo CD, GitOps, container technologies, Apache Pulsar, Git, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong Linux system administration, Kubernetes resource management, persistent storage, networking, RBAC, secrets management, and security best-practice knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across application, container, cluster, cloud, storage, and networking layers and communicate findings effectively.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Richardson, TX.
- Must hold an active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
