Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the T-Cloud Public cloud platform in a customer-oriented manner.
- Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyper-scale cloud backend.
- Perform hands-on, hardware-oriented work at the console.
- Develop and operate monitoring and quality assurance solutions.
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes using common automation frameworks.
- Assess technical solutions and develop creative approaches to technical challenges.
- Collaborate with specialist teams in an open and trusting environment.
Requirements
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject, or comparable professional training.
- At least four years of professional IT experience focused on modern cloud technologies.
- Very good knowledge of software-defined networks, routing, firewalls, and physical networks.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure automation.
- Strong experience with Linux and network-related services.
- High customer focus and the ability to assess technical solutions creatively.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- OpenStack and programming experience in open-source projects are preferred.
