Responsibilities
- Ensure stable daily operation of the payment platform.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and partners.
- Monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
- Maintain and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Support releases and deployments to test and production environments.
- Implement and improve monitoring and alerting using Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Analyze logs and support incident resolution as third-level support.
- Translate requirements into user stories and technical solutions.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement.
- Support testing and integration activities.
- Act as a link between development and operations.
Requirements
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab.
- Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience with Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Basic understanding of cloud environments such as AWS and GCP.
- Ability to understand application code in Java and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of microservices.
- Ownership, responsibility, proactive problem-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork, and a structured self-driven working style.
- English proficiency at B2 or higher; German is a nice-to-have.
- A master's-level qualification in information technology is stated.
- Optional qualifications include data security and privacy process knowledge, cloud migration experience, and experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
