Responsibilities

Ensure stable daily operation of the payment platform.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and partners.
Monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
Maintain and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Support releases and deployments to test and production environments.
Implement and improve monitoring and alerting using Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Analyze logs and support incident resolution as third-level support.
Translate requirements into user stories and technical solutions.
Contribute to automation and continuous improvement.
Support testing and integration activities.
Act as a link between development and operations.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab.
Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Experience with Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Basic understanding of cloud environments such as AWS and GCP.
Ability to understand application code in Java and JavaScript.
Knowledge of microservices.
Ownership, responsibility, proactive problem-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork, and a structured self-driven working style.
English proficiency at B2 or higher; German is a nice-to-have.
A master's-level qualification in information technology is stated.
Optional qualifications include data security and privacy process knowledge, cloud migration experience, and experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.

Base salary is negotiable and will depend on seniority and previous experience, with a stated minimum of €2,100 gross.
Variable compensation and other financial benefits are provided in addition to base salary.
Remote work is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
