Responsibilities
- Build and operate Kubernetes environments hosting AI engineering tools, model gateways, retrieval components, workflow services, CI/CD runners, and documentation services.
- Implement GitOps and Infrastructure as Code patterns for provisioning, configuration, policy enforcement, platform upgrades, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Manage private registries, package mirrors, secrets, identity integration, network segmentation, storage classes, backups, and controlled connectivity.
- Provide observability for metrics, logs, traces, GPU and CPU utilization, service health, cost signals, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with software, security, and architecture teams to support AI-assisted SDLC workflows while preventing data exposure and audit gaps.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SRE, platform engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or operations roles.
- Strong Kubernetes and Linux expertise with experience operating production-grade engineering platforms.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, observability, operational runbooks, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Python or shell scripting, CI/CD runners, private registries, and secure configuration management.
- Understanding of networking, storage, secrets, access control, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and operational hardening in high-security environments.
- Ability to support AI-enabled engineering workloads in sovereignty-driven environments requiring isolation, controlled data handling, reliability, and auditability.

- Base salary is negotiable by seniority and experience, with variable compensation and other financial benefits; base salary is not lower than €2100.
