Responsibilities
- Build platforms and tooling that improve the creation and management of content.
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions and user-facing features with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Develop CMS capabilities for localisation, experimentation, UX, and asset hosting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to create cohesive and intuitive platform experiences.
- Communicate technical ideas, contribute to design documents, and advocate for engineering needs.
- Support teammates through mentorship, feedback, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities for cross-team collaboration and process improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, data structures, architecture, and design patterns.
- Be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and TypeScript, including cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
- Show enthusiasm for user experience, storytelling, and close collaboration with designers and engineers.
- Work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage complex projects strategically.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including through design documents and constructive pull-request feedback.
- Contribute to mentorship, code reviews, and continuous team learning.
