Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using front-end, back-end, and cloud technologies.
- Design and develop system infrastructure and database solutions.
- Evaluate architectural trade-offs and apply synchronous and asynchronous design patterns.
- Write clean, efficient, unit-tested, and documented client-side and server-side code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliver software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Implement and maintain APIs.
- Ensure application security, data protection, and code quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a related occupation.
- Five years of experience with Node.js, Python, Java, HTTP APIs, REST and/or GraphQL, PostgreSQL and/or DynamoDB, Redis, version control systems, cloud platforms, observability tools, microservices architecture, RESTful API design and implementation, and Agile development methodologies.
- Three years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React Native, containerization, and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and observability tools such as Heap and/or Datadog.
