Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Manage, support, enhance, and develop inbound and outbound integrations within Workday Financials.
- Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities in Finance processes and Workday ecosystems.
- Design scalable, resilient, and highly available integration solutions and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead design sessions and code reviews, collaborate across the software lifecycle, and mentor other engineers.
- Apply AI-based techniques to integration monitoring, validation, testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and operational insights.
- Build AI-enabled monitoring and observability solutions and evaluate emerging AI technologies for productivity and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Experience developing and enhancing Workday integrations, PRISM lineages, and Accounting Center processes in a financial domain.
- Experience with web services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards.
- Strong experience with XML and XLST/XSLT and knowledge of Workday tools including Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and BIRT.
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining complex integrations and scalable, resilient, highly available systems.
- Practical experience using generative AI tools in software engineering and business processes.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience within the Workday ecosystem.
- At least 3 years of architecture and design experience, 2 years of cloud experience, and 1 year of experience building AI-powered applications, chatbots, or intelligent agents.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, independent execution, collaboration, and automation skills.
