Responsibilities

  • Configure and administer ArcGIS Enterprise environments, including Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, Data Store, Web Adaptor, and federated servers.
  • Configure GIS layers, maps, web maps, applications, dashboards, users, permissions, and sharing models.
  • Design and manage telecom network and infrastructure GIS data models.
  • Configure ArcGIS Utility Network, domain networks, asset types, connectivity, containment, associations, and topology rules.
  • Configure ArcGIS Pro projects, templates, symbology, labeling, attribute rules, domains, subtypes, relationship classes, and validation rules.
  • Publish, manage, and optimize map, feature, geoprocessing, vector tile, and imagery services.
  • Support GIS data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Develop scripts and tools using Python, ArcPy, the ArcGIS API for Python, and JavaScript.
  • Troubleshoot ArcGIS platform, publishing, permissions, topology, data quality, and service performance issues.
  • Provide technical guidance on ESRI best practices, GIS workflows, platform configuration, and performance while collaborating with business, development, database, infrastructure, and project teams.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in GIS development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ESRI Utility Network Management, TDN, and GIS data models.
  • Development experience with ArcPy, Python, and the ArcGIS JavaScript API.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, PostGIS, API development and integrations, data migration, and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of geospatial data formats and standards.
  • Proven hands-on ESRI implementation experience and strong spatial and network modelling skills.
  • Ability to bridge telecom business needs with technical GIS solutions and collaborate across functions.
  • Strong attention to data quality and modelling, along with problem-solving skills.
