Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps solutions from discovery through deployment and support.
- Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Operational Risk, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence capabilities.
- Design scalable workflows, integrations, dashboards, reporting, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
- Translate requirements from architects, CISOs, risk and compliance teams, SOC leaders, and business stakeholders into technical solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with security, identity, CMDB, asset management, SIEM, SOAR, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
- Drive technical governance, solution quality, security compliance, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor teams and contribute to reusable accelerators, solution assets, and pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with strong expertise in GRC/IRM and/or Security Operations.
- Experience delivering multiple enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of risk, compliance, cybersecurity, incident response, vulnerability management, and enterprise operating models.
- Strong ServiceNow development and integration skills with JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with CMDB, identity systems, vulnerability scanners, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and security tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, security leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications, including CIS Risk & Compliance, CIS Security Incident Response, or CIS Vulnerability Response; a minimum of three ServiceNow CIS certifications is preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification is highly desirable.
- Additional preferred certifications include CSA, CAD, CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or equivalent.
- Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOC 2, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, related standards, consulting, and technical leadership is preferred.
