Base Salary
$180k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality product experiences across native macOS and Windows applications.
- Own complete product surfaces, including UI, underlying logic, agentic harnesses, and backend services.
- Prototype and design voice-interface features and help scale infrastructure for low-latency LLM inference and personalized speech models.
- Improve latency, animations, responsiveness, and agentic quality across the product.
- Contribute to product decisions and raise engineering quality through code review, documentation, and shared practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience building native applications on macOS, Windows, or both, with knowledge of platform conventions.
- High product taste and attention to detail in user experience quality.
- Comfort working across the stack within a product surface, beyond the UI layer when needed.
- Ability to move quickly, ship frequently, and prioritize real user outcomes.
- Fluent use of AI coding tools and a clear perspective on how to use them effectively.
- Experience with performance-sensitive UIs is a plus.
- Accessibility features, system-level integrations, or consumer products with strong user retention are bonus qualifications.
